You can delete your Nori account and all of its data yourself, straight from the app. It takes about a minute and can't be undone. If you can't get into the app, email us and we'll do it for you.
1. Delete in the app
Open Nori on your iPhone, then:
- 1Tap Profile, then Settings.
- 2Tap Account, then Delete account.
- 3Confirm with Delete account. If you're signed in with Apple, you may be asked to confirm with Face ID.
You'll be signed out straight away and the app returns to a fresh start.
2. What gets deleted
Your account and everything synced to it: diary entries, meals, recipes, photos, goals, body measurements, activity, fasting history and notes. Synced data is erased within 30 days, and removed from encrypted backups within 90 days.
Data you exported earlier, and data you shared to Apple Health, isn't affected. Manage Health data in the Health app.
3. Your Nori Plus subscription
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription, because Apple bills it. Cancel first in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, so you aren't charged again.
4. Using Nori without an account
If you never created an account, your data lives only on your iPhone. Remove it by deleting single entries, choosing Profile → Settings → Reset data, or deleting the app.
5. Can't access the app?
Email privacy@nori.app from the address on your account with the subject Delete my account. We'll confirm it's you, delete the account and reply when it's done, within 30 days.
